Being thankful is a continual condition for the child of God. This is a moment by moment day to day expression and response to the awareness that He is presently active in every area of our lives.
1 Thessalonians 5:18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
1 Chronicles 16:8 Oh, give thanks to the Lord! Call upon His name; Make known His deeds among the peoples!
Psalm 30:4 Sing praise to the Lord, you saints of His, and give thanks at the remembrance of His holy name.
Psalm 35:18 I will give You thanks in the great assembly; I will praise You among many people.
Psalm 79:13 So we, Your people and sheep of Your pasture, Will give You thanks forever; We will show forth Your praise to all generations.
Psalm 107: verses 8, 15, 21 & 31 Oh, that men would give thanks to the Lord for His goodness, And for His wonderful works to the children of men!
Psalm 140:13 Surely the righteous shall give thanks to Your name; The upright shall dwell in Your presence.
